Let us clarify more precisely the statement: "the forms of Structured Energy arise from the correlations of the Components of Elementary Action, and from their interactions / combinations, both in their potential and effective counterparts.

We are now operating in the region of intermediate complexity — between the most elementary levels, which correspond to the inhomogeneities we perceive as Space and Time, and the most complex region corresponding to the Forms (from atoms to the Universe as a whole).

Let us list the "ingredients" required for the emergence of the basic forms of Structured Energy:

  • Fundamental Force acting on the Field, producing the incessant fluctuation of the pre-spatial dimension (Elementary Events) and the variation of the pre-temporal distributions of such fluctuations (Elementary Action) → first and second levels of inhomogeneity.
  • Elementary Field and its dynamics (Elementary Action) → third level of inhomogeneity.
  • Components of Elementary Action: Perturbation, Translation, Rotation:Chirality, Rotation:AxisOrientation.
  • Correlations: relations (interactions / combinations) among the variations (or Dynamics) of the Components listed above, across the event‑points of a portion of the Elementary Field → fourth level of inhomogeneity.
  • A double perspective: the point of view of the Field (event‑points) and the point of view of the Structures in the Field (InfoStructures).

Preparation method:

Organize the pre-spatial fluctuations of the Field (Elementary Action) into the different Components:

  • Perturbation (discrepancies in the pre-temporal distributions of amplitudes of sub-elementary pre-spatial fluctuations),
  • Translation (discrepancies in the pre-temporal distributions of the spatial orientation of fluctuations),
  • Rotation:Chirality (discrepancies in the pre-temporal distributions of the directions of torsion, of vorticity),
  • Rotation:AxisOrientation (discrepancies in the pre-temporal distributions of the orientations of the torsion axis),

so that they form a correlation pattern capable of stabilizing into a suitable Shape (Vortex or Wave).

Observation:

Let us consider, for simplicity, an InfoStructure of type "Vortex", subtype "Elementary" — for example, an electron.

  • From the point of view of the Structure itself (the internal perspective), assuming we could freeze Time and take a snapshot at zero time, we would observe the quantities and forms of Elementary Physical Information that constitute its Effective Energy. Using the four Components / Sub‑Components of Elementary Action, we would observe:
    • Perturbation → the Mass of the InfoStructure, or — by the Principle of General Equivalence — the temporal density of Elementary Events, or time‑flow rate, the temperature of the Field, the velocity of propagation of Causality / Action / Information in the event‑points supporting the Structure.
    • Translation → the Kinetic Energy corresponding to the Motion (inertial Motion, with accelerated motion being a continuous succession of infinitesimal instants of inertial motion at different velocities) of the InfoStructure.
    • Rotation:Chirality → the electric Charge of the InfoStructure (positive or negative, according to the convention linking chirality and charge).
    • Rotation:AxisOrientation → the spatial orientation of the Magnetic Spin of the InfoStructure.
  • From the point of view of the Elementary Field (the external perspective), again assuming a snapshot at zero time, we would observe the quantities and forms of Elementary Physical Information present in the surroundings of the Structure. Using the same Components / Sub‑Components, we would observe the Potentials of the Field in its various basic forms:
    • Perturbation → curvature of Metric of Spacetime (more precisely, curvature of Time, since at particle scale Space is flat) associated with the Mass of the Structure → Potential Mass or curvature of Metric
    • Translation → Potential Motion or acceleration
      • gravitational acceleration produced by the curvature of the Metric (Potential Mass) of the Field associated with the (effective) Mass of Vortex Structures;
      • electric acceleration (towards or away from the Structure) produced by the electric Potential of the Field associated with Charge on a charged test Structure;
      • magnetic acceleration (towards or away) produced by the magnetic Potential of the Field associated with Spin on a magnetic test Structure.
    • Rotation:Chirality → the electric field associated with the Charge of the Structure → electric Potential.
    • Rotation:AxisOrientation → the magnetic field associated with the Spin of the Structure → magnetic Potential.

Be careful not to confuse "acceleration" with "accelerated Motion". Acceleration (a diffuse organization "of" the Field) is the cause of accelerated Motion (of InfoStructures or of a Form, an individuated organization of the Field that moves "within" the Field). Structured dynamics (a Potential) that produces a dynamical phenomenon of variation of structured dynamics (an InfoStructure). Acceleration is a form of organization "of" the Field that produces the accelerated Motion of the InfoStructures present "in" the Field, through the interaction between the organization of the correlations of the Elementary Action Component that I call Translation (the orientation direction of sub‑elementary fluctuations). It is the interaction between the organization present in the Field (Potential Motion: acceleration) and the organization that characterizes the form and nature of the InfoStructures moving in the Field (Effective Motion, inertial or accelerated) that gives rise to accelerated Motion.

These observations illustrate the fundamental distinction between:

  • Turbolence: the condition of minimal but non‑zero organization in the Field's dynamism. It consists of extremely weak, rapidly varying or short‑lived, and spatially limited correlations among some or all of the four EA Modes — correlations that are highly unstable and unable to sustain any identifiable configuration. Turbulence is the lowest level of structured Energy, emerging only once correlations begin to appear in the Elementary Field's dynamism.
  • Potentials: regions of the Field characterized by elementary but spatially extended patterns of organization. They arise from correlation patterns in the Field's dynamism shaped by the presence, distribution, FPQs, and Motion of InfoStructures. Potentials are diffuse configurations of the Field, typically expressed as gradients whose geometry reflects the spatial arrangement and dynamical state of the InfoStructures that generate them. They are not individuated or individuable as Structures (Particles, Waves, Interactions); they represent the Field's energetic environment.
  • InfoStructures: structured configurations of the Field, characterized by high correlation among the EA Modes. They are self‑sustaining organizations that manifest definite FPQs and "generate" the Potentials experienced by other InfoStructures. Representing the upper threshold of Field self‑organization, InfoStructures may be concentrated (Ordinary Matter IS) or diffuse (Dark Matter and Dark Energy IS).

The potential Energy of InfoStructures (and likewise of the Forms composed of InfoStructures) is a manifestation of the interaction between the InfoStructures themselves and the Potentials of the Elementary Field.

These observations illustrate the fundamental distinction: Effective Energy corresponds to the correlational organization of the Field in the region that, instant by instant, supports the Existence of an InfoStructure within the Field, giving it Essence / Form (its ever‑changing form around a characteristic form‑attractor of the specific type of InfoStructure) and conferring its Properties and Behaviors (FPQs).

Potential Energy, on the other hand, corresponds to the "other" organization of the Field, associated with InfoStructures different from the one under observation. It is the "Field" — or, from the point of view of the different Components of Elementary Action, the set of Derived Fields (metric, gravitational, kinetic, electric, magnetic) — that the InfoStructure in question "feels" and with which it interacts.

These Derived Fields are simply different perspectives on the Elementary Field, which, through its various organizational schemes, mediates the interactions among the different InfoStructures.

Obviously, this is not the end of the story. Before reaching the domain of Forms — characterized by more complex types of Energy and more articulated forms of Information — we encounter additional forms of Structured Energy associated with InfoStructures composed of interactions among Vortices and/or Waves, Mixed Structures, and Complex Particles / Vortices. Essentially, these correspond to what are conventionally called weak and strong nuclear interactions (and their associated forces).

The forms of Energy found in this region arise from complex combinations of the Structured Energy forms described above. As we descend into smaller spatial and temporal scales, Structures become smaller and more massive, and turbulence and indeterminacy increase, making their Form more variable and elusive. It is no coincidence that quantum field theories describing weak and especially strong nuclear interactions are the most complex among quantum theories.
