TFNR - Potentials: elementary but extended organization of the Field

Potentials are regions of the Field characterized by elementary but spatially extended patterns of organization. They arise from correlation patterns in the Field's dynamism shaped by the presence, distribution, FPQs, and motion of InfoStructures. Unlike Turbulence, Potentials exhibit correlation patterns that are coherent enough to persist over spatial regions and to influence the dynamics of other InfoStructures.

Potentials are diffuse configurations of the Field, typically expressed as gradients whose geometry reflects the spatial arrangement and dynamical state of the InfoStructures that generate them. These gradients correspond to the four Components of Elementary Action: Perturbation (Metric potential), Translation (Motion potential), Rotation:Chirality (Electric potential), and Rotation:AxisOrientation (Magnetic potential). Each Potential is therefore a form of Elementary Action distributed across the event‑points of the Field, expressing how the Field organizes its dynamical tendencies in the presence of InfoStructures.

Potentials are not individuated or individuable as Structures (Particles, Halos, Waves, Interactions). They do not possess identity, boundaries, etc. They are not "objects" but organizational schemes of the Field: the energetic environment generated by all InfoStructures present in the Field, and within which any given Structure evolves, interacts, and transforms.

From the perspective of the Field, Potentials represent its own structured Energy "of" the Field: the inhomogeneities of Elementary Action that arise from the collective presence of InfoStructures. From the perspective of a test Structure, Potentials represent the energetic environment that influences its dynamics. The curvature or deformation of the Metric (or Potential Mass) is the causal source of the potential Motion, the gravitational acceleration (Perturbation correlations -> Translation re-orientation). Electric and magnetic Potentials are the causal sources of acceleration associated with electric and magnetic attraction/repulsion (correlations of Rotation:Chirality or Rotation:AxisOrientation respectively -> Translation re-orientation).

In this sense, Potentials constitute the intermediate level of Field organization: more structured than Turbulence, but not self‑sustaining like InfoStructures. They are the Field's extended, elementary forms of organization, the substrate from which InfoStructures emerge and the environment that InfoStructures themselves generate as sources of Metric deformation, potential Motion (Acceleration), electric Potential, and magnetic Potential.
