Processes in which organizational Action prevails—Creation of new, more complex Information and aggregation of component parts into a set/network; constructive Processes.

Anabolism refers to the set of Information metabolic pathways that construct new and more complex Information (and Structures of Information, Forms) from simpler Information (and Structures of Information, Forms). These Processes require Events, Action, the expression of forces upon fields as dynamic support to the Evolution of Relations—they require "work". Anabolism represents the building-up aspect of formation, whereas catabolism represents its breaking-down aspect.

These kinds of Processes cooperate in the Creation and (co)Evolution of Reality, producing new and more complex Information / Energy, Structures of Information, and Forms.
