Evolutionary Dynamics is the part of Evolutionary Knowledge that studies "why and how (Principles and Processes—dyna) what exists (Entities—onto) produces what happens in the way it happens (Events and Relations—pheno)"—the Principles and Processes that describe the Process of Formation of Reality, the manifestation of the fundamental operator, and the modes of expression of Derived Operators.

Dyna (from ancient Greek dynamis, meaning "power") indicates the effects of forces—the ways in which forces manifest, influence the world, and express their power.

It studies the Fundamental Principles of Evolutionary Dynamics, which describe the modalities through which Relations emerge and evolve—determining how Reality takes form—and the evolution of Relations among Events, produced by Entities, encompassing Action and the development of the causal, spatial, and temporal aspects of Reality.

With reference to the various levels of Reality, we can identify several more specific dynamics:

Only for descriptive purposes, as per Reality, Evolutionary Ontology can be viewed as articulated into Ontology of Physical Reality, Ontology of Cognitive Reality, and Ontology of Metacognitive Reality.

After providing a brief overview of the structure of Physical Reality and its principal domains of study, we can proceed to a more detailed observation—examining the Entities (sub-Entities in fact) that act (Agents), the Entities upon which they act (Fields), the principles that govern their expression (Dynamics), and the products of their Action (Events -> Action, Relations -> Information / Energy, Structures of Information, and Forms)—which together constitute the evolving Universe, in a crescendo of Complexity.
