TFNR - Structured Energy "of" the Field: Potential Energy

What we said in the previous section about Potential and Effective Energy is not entirely correct. We need to clarify a few things. We mentioned that Potential Energy corresponds to Energy from the point of view "of" the Elementary Field, while Effective Energy is associated with the point of view of the InfoStructures "in" the Field.

This is true, but it is necessary to clarify because these statements are open to misunderstanding. Even the title of this section can lead to some confusion, if not read carefully. Let's try to clarify.

By Energy of the Field properly speaking we mean the Energy of the unstructured Elementary Field, which we talked about in a previous section. As the name suggests, it is a situation where there are no Structures of Information in the Field, where therefore we do not have correlations of the dynamics of different event points in a portion of the Field. As we have seen, the only forms of Energy (which we call Elementary Energy of the Field) are those associated with elementary spatial fluctuations and their temporal distributions, which respectively define the spatial and temporal dimensions (Space and Time) of Physical Reality. In this sense we can say that the inhomogeneities of Space and Time are the most elementary forms of Energy that we can find in Nature.

In this section we talk about a situation of greater complexity than the most elementary level. Here Structures are already present, that is, the Field is structured (Dark and/or Ordinary InfoStructures, respectively invisible and/or visible). The Structures present, the organization of the Elementary Action of the Field that represents them and is their origin, as well as the constitutive "substance", as seen, can be observed according to two complementary perspectives, the point of view of the Elementary Field and the Structures themselves in the Field.

Let us now try to explain what we mean by observing the structured Field from the point of view of the Field itself, of the dynamics of the event points that characterize and describe it.

Technically, virtually, there is no structured Field apart from the Structures in Evolution in it. Theoretically there is no organization in the Field that is not part of permanent or impermanent, stable or temporary Structures, those that are called (in my opinion, in an unfortunate way) respectively real or virtual Particles. Even the natural spontaneous turbulence of the Field is ultimately a form of organization, of structuring, even if impermanent, evanescent, always changing and therefore poorly organized, with an extremely modest and rarefied Information content (such that we do not call such turbulence an Information Structure).

To this we add that each Structure of Information has a "virtually" infinite spatial extension (all the Structures would therefore be in some way, for an infinitesimal component, superimposed). We define the "effective" spatial boundary of a Structure in relation to the boundary in which the correlation in the various Components of the Elementary Action falls below the value of the uncertainty, of the random fluctuations of the Field in that specific Component. So we could say that an elementary Vortex like an electron has a boundary of Mass placed in one position (distance from the center of Mass, in the hypothesis of a spherical shape), while it can have the boundary of Charge or Spin placed in different positions (distances of the relative centers of Charge, axis of Spin).

When we think of aggregates composed of a large quantity of InfoStructures, as happens in the Reality of Forms, of the objects that make up the Universe, the contributions of the individual Structures overlap and collectively have more extensive boundaries as the limits of uncertainty remain constant in the various Components of the Action, while the overlap leads to higher levels of the Components themselves of the aggregates of Structures.

In more common terms, a piece of matter that exhibits an excess of electrons will have a collective electric charge and generate an electric field that extends into the surrounding space much more extensive (and even stronger) than that of a single electron. The boundary for the correlation of the Rotation:Chirality Component, root of the Charge, of the aggregate of electrons will be much more extensive than that of a single electron.

To represent such a situation more simply, we can imagine a kind of Mean-field theory (MFT) applied to the event points of the portion of the Elementary Field that includes the Structures under examination, and among these obviously the Test Structure so to speak. The Structures other than the Test Structure can be conveniently called environment or background Structures and treated as a unitary and individual entity. These Structures are responsible for the Elementary Action to which corresponds the potential Energy, the elementary Information that gives Form to the Field itself, which represents its organizational scheme as "frozen" in Time (Energy = Action / Time). Potential Energy that represents the energetic environment, or a snapshot of the Action, with which the Test Structure interacts, being influenced by it and influencing in turn.

In more banal terms, if the InfoStructures that make up the Earth did not exist, a Structure in space near the Earth would not "feel" the gravitational attraction and in turn would not attract the Structures that make up the Earth, which represent the energetic environment with which the Test Structure interacts. The Structures of the environment produce the Elementary Action in the various Components that we can photograph as Potential Energy, which, for example, in the gravitational acceleration of the Test Structure towards the center of Mass of the Earth is transformed into Translational Action that we can photograph as Effective Energy, in this case Kinetic Energy (corresponding to Inertial Motion, which increases instant after instant in the continuum -> Accelerated Motion).

Therefore, we can say that the Test Structure has Potential Energy, but this Energy is not proper to the Structure in question. It is relative to the "environment", to the other Structures that organize the Elementary Field and give it a Form (dynamic, in Evolution) that influences the test Structure, and are influenced by it, as mentioned. We can or must say that the potential Energy is Energy of the Field, inhomogeneity of the Components of the Action of the dynamics of the Elementary Field. While, as we will see shortly, the effective Energy is Energy possessed by the Structure that exists in the Field.

It is a subtle and apparently insignificant or misleading difference. It can be said that in the end all the Elementary Action manifests itself in the Field, and so also the Energy that represents its intensity and Form in a precise moment in time. But in this way we could not appreciate the dynamics of different portions of the Field, portions that time by time can support specific structures, in this case the test InfoStructure that we have chosen to observe to understand how the Action manifests itself, trying to observe its Evolution over time, taking successive snapshots and comparing them (measurement process).

Therefore, we must distinguish what can or must be identified as part of the Process (Events organized by Relations, or in other words correlations of temporal distributions of elementary spatial fluctuations in resonance around the Planck scale) that we recognize as InfoStructure, a Wave, an elementary or composite Particle, etc.

To be sure I have expressed myself clearly, I will try to repeat with different words. While effettive Energy (e.g. Kinetic Energy, or Energy associated with Electric Charge, or Magnetic Spin) depends entirely on the Elementary Action that represents, allows, is responsible for the Existence of an InfoStructure and represents the elementary Information that gives it its Essence / Form in the Elementary Field, potential Energy depends both on the InfoStructure we are dealing with, and virtually on the entire structured Elementary Field, on all the Structures present in it. In fact, we can reduce the "environmental" scope to that part of the structured Elementary Field and all the Structures in it, causally connected.

The difference between potential and effective Energy lies in the relational aspect. Effective Energy is relative to the InfoStructure (and therefore to the event points of the Field that from time to time support the Structure itself). The potential Energy is relative to the Structure and above all to all the event points of the infinite and unlimited Elementary Field, with a limit in the causal connection with respect to the event points that support the aforementioned Structure.
