By Forms, we mean complex structures, objects, bodies, etc.

What do we mean by "material" in this knowledge system? Material refers to what is composed of Matter and / or Radiation, involving more or less organized aggregations of Physical Structures of Information. Objects, bodies, and material substances are thus composed of Vortices and / or Waves, along with their Interactions (Energy structures, Matter structures, Dark structures, Visible structures). These interactions define their primary Physical Properties (Space-time extension, Mass, Motion, Charge, Spin, etc.), as well as give rise to new emerging shapes and properties.

Material Forms include both inorganic and organic substances, as well as the physical components (bodies) of Living Forms and the hardware of Automata.

They organize into Physical Systems (and Ecosystems), which collectively constitute the Physical Universe in both its cosmological and biological aspects.

There is a significant misunderstanding in science and perhaps also in the common representation of Reality. The term "material" is often conflated with the term "real". However, Reality encompasses both material and immaterial aspects, including both physical (Physical Forms) and cognitive (Cognitive Forms) elements. This confusion represents a profound error that has led to an unending chain of conceptual missteps and hindered scientific progress, distorting models, theories, and worldviews. The longstanding debate on realism, which pitted Relativity against Quantum Mechanics, stemmed not merely from an incorrect representation of physical objects (Particles, Waves, and Interactions) but, more critically, from a flawed conception of Reality - one overly fixated on matter and an outdated, atomistic notion of materiality.

Is only what is material real? What do the terms "real" and "material" truly mean? What is real? Everything is real. What is material? A part of Reality is material. By contrast, we might say: everything that is not cognitive. But certainly, we cannot equate the term "real" with the term "material."

Moving forward, it is more accurate to distinguish "materially real" from "cognitively real".

A car, our hand, and an electron are examples of material Structures and Forms. Conversely, a thought, a dream, or the meaning of a road sign are Cognitive Structures and Forms. These cognitive forms rely on a material substrate that supports their existence, while their semantic and cognitive essence holds vital significance for a Finalistic Agent (a Living Being or an Automaton).
